Man now in a critical but stable condition in UK
Two motorcyclists who were injured in crashes yesterday have been transferred to the UK for medical treatment.
They are both in a critical but stable condition at a hospital in Aintree.
One crashed on the Mountain Road at Brandywell – the other was injured in a collision with a car in Crosby.
That man was given a blood transfusion at the scene – the first time it’s happened during TT – from medical professionals from Manx Roadracing Medical Services and Isle of Man Ambulance Service.

Both casualties were transported to Aintree by the Isle of Man Air Ambulance Service.
