MHK Jason Moorhouse speaks about new developments
An MHK for Arbory, Castletown and Malew has described plans to build 130 new homes in his constituency as innovative, but admits the location wouldn't have been his first choice.
Great Meadow Estates Limited submitted a planning application earlier this month to construct the properties on the outskirts of Castletown.
The site would include sheltered accommodation, a community centre and a care home.
