
An inquest has heard a 19-year-old Douglas woman was found hanged in her bathroom.
The inquest into the death of Caitlin Majella Alker was opened and adjourned at Douglas courthouse this lunchtime.
Her body was discovered on the morning of Sunday, August 26, at her home on Murray's Road.
Following the post mortem the consultant pathologist at Noble's Hospital gave the cause of death as hanging.
Coroner of Inquests John Needham has adjourned proceedings to a date to be fixed.
