Rabbit enjoys epic adventure
A little girl has been reunited with her beloved toy bunny, following a viral appeal on social media.
Peter the rabbit had quite a day yesterday after he was found lost on Douglas Promenade.
Joanna Whittle launched an appeal to locate the owner on Facebook, snapping pictures of him watching the racing, and even at the Grandstand meeting comedian Ross Noble.
The post was shared almost 200 times before mum Sophie Cowley-Hardy saw it, and realised Peter belonged to her daughter Zara.
She took Zara for an emotional reunion with Peter and Joanna that afternoon.
The pair are said to be 'very happy'.
