Patients given follow-up slots
The Health and Social Care Minister says it’s not yet known how more than 150 Island patients failed to receive follow-up endoscopy appointments.
A review of medical records highlighted delays for many who have yet to see a health professional within the recommended time frame.
The patients have now been allocated follow-up slots.
Kate Beecroft says there will be a thorough investigation in due course.
