
Police are looking for witnesses as they continue investigating a robbery at a jewellers in Douglas yesterday (Fri)
It happened around 4pm at RHS Jewellers on Prospect Hill when a man entered the shop and threatened a member of the staff before making off with a quantity of jewellery.
He then fled on a red and white off-road style motorbike.
Inspector Derek Flint says its an unusual incident for the Island and whilst the jeweller wasn't hurt, he was left very shaken.
He says the area was busy at the time and they would like to speak to anyone who saw what happened
