31-year-old involved in Lancashire RTC
Lancashire Police say they've released under investigation a 31-year-old man from the Isle of Man who was arrested on suspicion of causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving.
Retired primary school teacher Pauline Edwards died following the incident near Lancaster last Wednesday.
The 74-year-old was a passenger in a Honda Jazz which was involved in a collision with a BMW.
The drivers of both vehicles suffered injuries.
A third car, another BMW, is believed to have been involved but failed to stop.
