Polemic talk from former Clerk of Tynwald
The Manx government must be clear about what it wants during the UK's Brexit negotiations, or risk being left behind.
That's the message from a former Clerk of Tynwald, St John Bates.
He's speaking tonight (20 Jun) to the Isle of Man United Nations Association AGM about the Island's position regarding Brexit.
Mr Bates works as a consultant advising companies on EU law, and gave evidence to a House of Lords committee on the Crown Dependencies' future when the UK leaves the European Union.
His talk at Views restaurant in Onchan park starts at 7pm.
