English PC killed on duty is remembered
Police officers on the Isle of Man have been paying tribute to a UK colleague who was killed whilst on duty last week.
PC Andrew Harper was investigating a burglary in Berkshire when he was hit by a suspected getaway vehicle.
Forces across the British Isles observed a minute's silence in his memory this morning.
