Another smishing attack
Fraudsters are targeting Isle of Man customers again.
Another text message scam has been reported by the IoM Bank.
It has similarities to another so-called 'smishing attack' last month, which tricked recipients into calling a false number regarding a recent transaction.
Isle of Man Bank is urging residents only to contact its staff via official channels, and never to give out sensitive data over the phone.
If you think you may have been targeted, you're asked to contact the bank on 637 000.
