25% reduction to Irish services
The minimum number of sailings between the Isle of Man and Ireland would be reduced by almost a quarter under the new Sea Services Agreement.
The proposed terms are due to be considered at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
Irish services have been reduced from 69 year round to 52 in the summer.
