IOM Green party leader wants more awareness
The head of the Isle of Man Green Party says people on the Island can play their part in helping to control climate change.
Andrew Newton was speaking off the back of a recent UN report which suggested much more needed to be done now to keep global warming from exceeding 1.5C and causing a "climate catastrophe".
Current research shows that the world is currently heading towards a 3C hike in temperature.
Mr Newton says we all need to be more environmentally aware:
