Local farmer Kirree Kermode says we've lacked usual April showers
Crops on the Island are in need of a good watering following a prolonged spell of dry weather, according to a local farmer.
Since lockdown began, there's been a notable lack of rain, with last month close to being the driest April in the Isle of Man since records began.
Countryside presenter Kirree Kermode, who's also one of Isle of Man Meats' procurement officers, has been reflecting on the impact the lack of rain has had on the farming industry.
