Treasury Minister says measures will be announced at right time
The treasury minister says the Island's economy is ready to cope with the effects of coronavirus.
Alfred Cannan says a plan is in place and will be rolled out as and when needed.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced yesterday workers will get statutory sick pay from the first day off work, not the fourth, to help contain coronavirus.
Mr Cannan says it's under consideration here but wouldn't confirm the move:
