Service personnel remembered
The Island has fallen silent for two minutes to honour those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
A special service took place at St Thomas' Church in Douglas this morning to mark Remembrance Sunday.
It was followed by a parade through the town to the war memorial where wreaths were laid to pay tribute to those who have lost their lives in battle.
The crowds who gathered on Douglas promenade then observed a two-minute silence at 11am in their memory.
