Black Grace Cowley paints optimistic picture
The Island's housing market has seen steady growth throughout 2018.
That's according to estate agent Black Grace Cowley director Tim Groves.
It follows news in the UK that house prices grew at just 0.5% last year, the slowest annual rate in six years.
But Mr Groves says Manx buyers are still in need of certain types of properties:
