The Isle of Man is taking control of its future, instead of waiting for it to happen.
That's the belief of Economic Development Minister John Shimmin at the launch of Vision 2020.
The initiative contains eight strategies designed to grow the Island's economy by three-to-four per cent over the next six years.
It will see a focus on developing emerging sectors and job creation.
The success of Vision 2020 will reply on a strong relationship between government and the Manx business community.
Mr Shimmin is urging them to get onboard.
