RBS to continue network review on regular basis
Manx customers won't be affected by planned cutbacks at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
RBS Group, which owns Isle of Man Bank, announced the closure of 162 branches in England and Wales earlier this week - along with almost 800 job losses.
A spokesperson has confirmed no local Isle of Man Bank or NatWest International branches will be shutting as a result.
But they added RBS Group will 'continue to review [its] network regularly and on a case-by-case basis, based on branch usage and the changing banking habits of customers'.
