However, chair of UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man stresses no decision is made yet
The Isle of Man is on the 'right track' to retaining its status as a whole nation biosphere status.
That is from the chair of UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man, as a 10 year review was submitted this week.
However, Jason Bissell stresses nothing has been decided yet, with a verdict expected next summer.
Jason says putting together the review was a long process:
This year marks 10 years since the Island first received whole nation biosphere status.
Meanwhile, a key topic on the Isle of Man over the last few years has been Orsted's Mooir Vannin offshore windfarm project.
