Treasury minister due to outline spending plan next month
The delay to Tynwald's vote on government's Island Plan won't have a major impact on the Budget.
The treasury minister has given that assurance ahead of next month's financial plan.
The document was due to be debated earlier this week, but eight members blocked it insisting government should have published the plan sooner.
