There's to be a two week extension to public consultation over the Isle of Man's draft Equality Bill.
The complex legislation outlaws discrimination in the workplace and in wider society, on grounds including age, race, sex and disability.
New laws would require organisations to implement a raft of changes, from making buildings more accessible to rewriting the terms and conditions of staff contracts.
Consultation was due to close on November 14, but comments can now be submitted until Friday 28 November.
Last week Chief Minister Allan Bell held talks in London with Baroness Thornton, who steered the UK Equality Bill through the House of Lords.
It became law in 2010.
