One World Centre says we could offer refuge
The One World Centre says the Isle of Man should welcome migrants to its shores amid a crisis in Europe.
Centre chair Phil Craine says a recent call from the Chamber of Commerce to increase the Island's population by 15,000 means we should send a message migrants are welcome here.
The UK government is coming under increasing pressure to accept more refugees.
Mr Craine says the Island should weigh in on the issue:
