Striped Christmas pyjamas sold to raise money
Go get your stripes!
That's the message from an Island teenager who is fronting a national campaign to raise money for Alder Hey hospital.
Archie Veale is fronting Matalan's fundraiser for the hospital's Research and Innovation Centre following his treatment at Alder Hey for severe Sepsis.
He says the staff there saved his life and continue to support him.
The campaign sees him dressed in striped pyjamas being sold by to raise money.
Archie says he hopes people on the Island will get behind the campaign.
He has this advice for anyone who may find themselves diagnosed with the potentially deadly blood disease:
