100 years since end of WW1
The Isle of Man will fall silent for two minutes at 11am to mark 100 years since the end of the First World War and to honour all those killed in wars.
Services of remembrance are taking place in every parish.
1,165 people from the Island died during the Great War.
A national service will take place at St John's this afternoon and will be broadcast live on Manx Radio.
Among this morning's acts of remembrance taking place is one at Lonan where the church will reopen for the occasion.
