Entitled Reach Higher, it is aimed at all those who support young people into jobs, in a bid to smooth the transition from school to the workplace.
One of the keynote speakers will be Manx born blues star Davy Knowles, while career experts will give an insight into what exactly employers are looking for.
It's the second gathering of its kind, the first in October 2012 resulted in many developments, including the creation of a central web-based resource, employed.im.
