Petition victory in Tynwald
The Isle of Man is due to discuss possible benefits beyond its territorial sea.
It follows a Tynwald motion tabled by Paul Craine MLC calling for the Council of Ministers to ask the UK for an extension to the median line between the two countries.
The motion came about as a result of a petition in the names of Keith Kerruish of Ramsey and Phil Craine of Douglas - which Mr Craine presented to the court this month.
Despite opposition from CoMin, the motion received overwhelming support.
Afterwards Mr Craine gave his reaction:
Three-month wait for state pension forecast statements
OFT to investigate possible regulation of funeral directors
"One of the Island's foremost champions of Manx heritage" to receive Tynwald Honour
No timeline yet for reinstatement of rehab service to north
Venezuela Fury & Noah Price wedding "a true showcase of the breadth and quality of Manx services"
