Tenners invalid from March 1
Island residents are being urged to return old series UK ten pound notes as they prepare to be withdrawn from circulation.
The notes, which have an image of Charles Darwin on, will be officially invalid from midnight on Thursday 1 March.
New polymer bills featuring a picture of author Jane Austen were introduced in September last year.
You can return any old series ten pound notes to your bank, along with UK round pound coins, which are being withdrawn from circulation on 28 February.
