Unprecedented challenges have made predicting year ahead tough
The Treasury Minister has admitted the Island's economy has taken a 'battering' over past years.
Alex Allinson was speaking on Manx Radio Breakfast where he said unprecedented challenges have made things 'very difficult'.
He insisted the Isle of Man 'can' and 'must' be able to deal with another crisis.
But says predicting the year ahead will be tough:
