Manx delegation at industry conference
The Isle of Man's status as a 'space jurisdiction' will be the focus of a special workshop at the 30th Space Studies Program in Cork, Ireland.
The program, which runs for nine weeks, is supported by NASA and the European Space Agency.
Dr Jennifer Stone hails from Onchan and is a graduate of the International Space University, which organises the conference.
She'll represent local firm MannSat in front of hundreds of graduates and industry leaders at a workshop there today.
Dr Stone says the Island will be well-represented at the event, which is divided into several different departments:
