Issue can't be addressed in one plan says CM
Howard Quayle insists work is ongoing to help homeless people in the Island.
In a written question to the Chief Minister last week, Garff MHK Daphne Caine asked what was being done to combat the 'rising' problem and increased demand for food banks.
Mr Quayle called it a 'complex issue... which cannot be easily addressed in one plan' - the same answer he gave to the court a year ago.
He denies it's a case of ignoring the issue
