Geoff Draper leaves Island for UK
Isle of Man College principal Geoff Draper is to step down after less than two years in the post.
It's understood he informed colleagues this morning he was resigning.
A brief statement from the education department has given no reason for his departure.
Mr Draper succeeded Professor Ronald Barr as figurehead at the College of Further and Higher Education in January 2014.
It's understood he will now return to the UK.
The department has thanked Geoff Draper for his work at the College and wished him success in the future.
