Organisation wants more officials to grow the women's game
The Isle of Man Football Association is looking to recruit more referees for women and girls' football.
Currently, there are 46 people involved in refereeing on the Island, however, only two of them are women.
The FA's new referee development strategy is looking to change that.
In the strategy, it states it wants to increase the number of members to 50+ and wants more women to put their name forward.
Liam Thomas, the FA's Referee Development Officer explained how they plan to encourage women and girls into becoming officials:
Elsewhere in the strategy, the FA highlights the need to offer more support to existing referees.
Part of the strategy is to increase the retention rate of officials to 70 percent.
As Liam explains:
The FA will be offering a refereeing course on 27 April for £25.
