Former treasury minister hails importance of face to face talks
A former treasury minister says the Isle of Man needs to be pro-active in its relationships with UK politicians.
Eddie Teare was in charge of government's finances from 2011 to 2016.
During that time he attended several UK political party conferences, and attended meetings in Westminster.
He believes face to face talks with the Island's nearest neighbours are vital:
Government 'taking rising fuel prices seriously'
DOI issues 'final' offer to bus drivers
Hospice's 'essential core services' will remain protected
Visitors give tourism levy idea the thumbs down
