Company says the matter is being 'addressed internally'
The Isle of Man Post Office has issued a response after a video was posted online appearing to show a postal worker in a heated exchange with a customer.
In what appears to be doorbell camera footage, the worker can be heard swearing at the homeowner after a brief row, which allegedly followed a previous complaint.
Responding on social media, the Isle of Man Post Office says it's aware of the video and takes the concerns raised seriously.
It's confirmed the customer in question did receive their item, while the circumstances surrounding the incident are being addressed internally.
It says it's committed to ensuring its customers are treated with professionalism and respect, and expects these standards from all of its employees.
Manx Radio has approached the Isle of Man Post Office for further comment.
