Chance to share expertise with younger generation
If you have experience in sailing or water-based activities, and want to share that expertise, the Isle of Man Sea Cadets would like to hear from you.
The charity is hoping to expand the number of volunteers in the Island to help young people develop their skills.
The group helps teenagers to learn through activities which offer adventure and discipline.
Area officer Charlie Bagot-Jewitt says they're looking for both those who have formal qualifications, and those who don't, to get involved:
