Former Laxey resident leading lady in Frozen the Musical
Manx singer and actress Samantha Barks is to star in ITV's Royal Variety Performance this evening.
It's set at the Blackpool Opera House in the Winter Gardens Complex, when the Prince of Wales will deliver a special message to charities involved.
Ms Barks, from Laxey, is to perform 'Let it Go' from Frozen the West End Musical, as the show's leading lady.
Other performers involved are Jason Manford, Sheridan Smith, Gary Barlow and even the much-loved pandemic fundraiser, Captain Sir Thomas Moore.
