Family fun and frolics on the prom
Expect the unexpected!
That’s the message from organisers of today’s (Sunday) Douglas Carnival.
More categories, more prizes and more colour is promised with the promenade being transformed into a sea of colour and sound.
As well as the annual parade, there’ll be a Colour Me Rainbow fun run, Bins of Glory wheelie bin race, plus floats, music and segways to name just three.
Douglas town centre manager Oliver Cheshire says it should be quite a spectacle.
There will be coverage from the carnival all afternoon on Manx Radio.
