The government's asking for your questions about vaccinations to put to the Island's health minister and senior officials.
Minister Lawrie Hooper, DHSC chief executive Kathryn Magson and director of public health Dr Henrietta Ewart will take questions from the public on Wednesday, 1 December, from 5pm.
The session will be livestreamed and cover topics such as first and second doses, boosters, immunity, as well as jabs for young people and vulnerable groups.
