Minister also praises DoI and MU teams for keeping Island safe
Emergency services have been praised for their response to the recent bad weather.
The Department of Home Affairs has thanked all those who've contributed to keeping the Island safe during storms Isha and Jocelyn.
They caused travel disruption to flights and sailings as well as issues on the Island’s roads and to critical infrastructure with gale force winds bringing down trees and power lines.
Minister Jane Poole-Wilson says the efforts of varying agencies kept the Island moving:
