Pianist and entertainer for many years
Well known jazz pianist and long-time Manx Radio presenter Jim Caine has passed away at the age of 91.
As well as making radio programmes and hosting shows, he performed at many venues around the Island.
His sons Chris and Howard still present regular jazz programme "Jumpin' In" and Howard presents "Sweet and Swing", a programme Jim created a number of years ago.
In the sixties, Jim was part of a bit of radio history, when he was a regular at a well known hotel in the south of the island.
