Junior Achievement hope to simplify employability skills
It's hoped a newly launched website will help young people find career opportunities on the Isle of Man.
Junior Achievement Isle of Man has created 'Just the Job' to help those aged 14-25 develop their employability skills.
The project was supported financially by the Z Zurich Foundation and is now officially up and running.
The site advertises vacancies, offers a free CV builder and features advice from professionals on how to start a business.
Chief Executive Officer Sue Cook says young people sometimes need extra help getting their foot on the job ladder:
