Funeral of former commissioner today
The funeral of a former Island press photographer and Ramsey Commissioner will be held today (Friday).
John Gaggs was a board member for 12 years and chairman in 2002-03.
His interest in photography stemmed from working with his father Ross Gaggs, one-time editor of the Mona’s Herald.
The service at Douglas Crematorium is at 2pm.
