Robert Buckland to take charge of UK-IoM relations
Robert Buckland MP is the new member of the UK Cabinet responsible for the Isle of Man.
The former solicitor general has been appointed to the post of Justice Secretary by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
The role includes managing the UK's relations with the Crown Dependencies.
He takes over from David Gauke, who announced he would step down after 18 months in the job.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle has reacted to the appointment.
