Maintenance works begin from 9 January
A five week road closure will be in place for refurbishment work on Jurby Coast Road between Bretney and Lhen Beach roads.
Starting from 9 January until 12 February, the Department of Infrastructure will conduct ditching, edge trimming, re-surfacing and maintain drainage soakaways.
Residential access will be maintained throughout but may only be available from one end of the road, while those on Lhen Beach Road access will be available from Kiondroghad Road.
The works have been deliberately timed to avoid a clash with Manx Telecom’s current communications works in this area.
