The jury in the trial of the Island's Attorney General has been told to engage in a "cool and dispassionate" discussion as it considers evidence its heard over the past eight days.
The words came from the judge presiding over the case, Deemster Peter Birkett.
He concluded his summing up in the case of Stephen Harding in Douglas courthouse this morning (Thurs) and has sent the seven strong jury out to consider its verdicts.
Fifty two year old Mr Harding of Glen Vine denies a charge of perjury and committing acts against public justice relating to the winding up of former Island company Street Heritage in 2010.
