Update issued by race organisers for Tuesday, 2 June
**UPDATE, 12.01PM: Another, further delay of one hour has now been confirmed by race organisers, roads around the Snaefell Mountain Course will now close at 1pm with the Supersport TT Race 1 reduced to three laps**
A further one hour delay to today's TT race schedule has been confirmed by the Clerk of the Course and now just one race is planned.
The Mountain Road is now scheduled to close at 12pm, with all roads closed at 1pm.
Organisers say no further rain is forecast this morning and into the afternoon, and it is hoped that conditions will have improved sufficiently for a four-lap Monster Energy Supersport TT Race 1 to commence at 2pm.
Showers are expected over the mountain section later, so no racing is now scheduled to take place this evening when the re-scheduled Superstock race was due to be held.
A revised schedule for the remainder of the week will be issued in due course.
Clerk of the Course, Gary Thompson, has told Radio TT that it's likely there'll be racing on Sunday (7 June) due to the weather forecast in the coming days.
