Walter Wannenburgh confirmed he will not open a new inquest
The Justice for Summerland Campaign group is consulting its lawyers to see if a decision by the attorney general can be overturned if taken to the high court.
Last week Walter Wannenburgh confirmed he will not be directing any new inquests into the 1973 disaster, which killed 50 people in Douglas.

In a statement, campaigners have branded that decision 'deplorable'.
