Former MHK fears Tynwald not holding CoMin to account
"A government is only as good as its opposition".
That's the claim from former long-time Onchan MHK Peter Karran who stood down at the last election after 31 years as a Tynwald member.
He's worried the current Tynwald isn't adequately holding government to account.
Mr Karran says everything is stacked in the Council of Ministers' favour:
