High temperatures can pose a risk to pets
Give your dogs a day off exercise - that's the advice from the ManxSPCA as temperatures rise this afternoon.
The charity warns exerting dogs in the heat can pose a health risk.
The organisation is also highlighting the dangers of artificial grass, which can be twice the temperature of natural turf.
Kennel operator Michael Fenrir offers this advice to those planning to take their pets out:

Warning over flare disposal after amenity site fire
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
Review of taxi fares extended to assess impact of Middle East conflict
Liverpool ferry terminal closed again this weekend
