
There'll be no further discussion in the House of Keys on legalising assisted dying.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson had sought to introduce a private members bill to change Manx law on the issue.
But after some passionate debate in House, MHKs voted against the bill going forward with just five supporting the move and 17 against.
Mr Watterson says despite the result, the issue needs to be discussed
